I bring over three decades of experience in regulated financial services as a broker, founder, CEO and board director.
Having co-founded and led a Chartered insurance brokerage through growth, management buyout and eventual sale, I understand the commercial reality of making decisions about investment, technology, people, risk and change.
My experience combines business leadership with a Doctorate in Business Administration, postgraduate teaching in AI and FinTech, and current work advising boards and senior leadership teams on AI strategy, governance and implementation.
